Community members walked in costume from the Boone County Courthouse Plaza to the Missouri Theatre as part of the True/False Film Fest March March on Friday. Anyone could sign up to walk in the parade, and the event brought participants of all ages to dance in the streets.

March March participant standing on stilts blows bubbles for the enjoyment of children in the parade on Friday at the Sculpture Yard. The parade provided children and adults the opportunity to sing and dance in the streets of Columbia.

Local artist Stacy Self dances after the March March on Friday at the Sculpture Yard in front of Missouri Theatre. Many parade participants stayed after the event to dance in the street or attend the Reality Bites event.

Members of the band Mobile Funk Unit play music for the enjoyment of spectators and parade participants on Friday at the Missouri Theatre. Having played in the March March before, band member David Heise said, “we’re continuing the tradition.”

Dean Andersen carries his friends’ daughter, Ellowyn Graznak, during the March March on Friday. Community participants followed members of Marching Mizzou in the parade.
