Students were invited to Memorial Union’s Stotler Lounge where everything from macarons to lemongrass was available for purchase.
From goat milk soap to homemade beef jerky the vendors at the farmers market held in Memorial Union had students queuing up out the doors.

Goat milk soap made by Leah VanSchyndel and her husband is displayed at the farmers market. This will be VanSchyndel’s third winter with Columbia Farmers Market.

Mark Mahnken cuts up pieces of his beef jerky at the Campus Dining Service Farmer’s Market. Mahnken shared that his favorite beef jerky was the “Old Timer” because it reminded him of himself.
Missouri Legacy Beef exhibits its beef products at the Memorial Union farmers market. The company’s free-range beef is free of antibiotics and hormone implants as they believe it gives the beef a higher nutrient density and added flavor.
