Photo Story: The Taylor Party, Columbia’s Version

Cowboy boots, friendship bracelets and sequin fringe dresses were common choices of apparel at the Taylor Party on Friday, Nov. 10 at The Blue Note. A DJ played songs from every era of Taylor Swift’s career while the Swifties of Columbia sang and danced the night away.

CJ Williams, the DJ for The Taylor Party, releases balloons into the crowd. Iconic Taylor Swift lyrics were featured on the balloons, such as “We’re too busy dancing” from Taylor Swift’s “New Romantics.”

DJ CJ Williams video records as the crowd shines flashlights from their phones in unison at The Taylor Party. Williams asked the attendees to shine their phone flashlights for 10 minutes before playing Taylor Swift’s “All Too Well (10 Minute Version).”
