Four-star point guard Natalya Hodge committed to Mizzou’s 2026-27 women’s basketball roster. She goes to Bearden High School in Knoxville, Tennessee, and has showcased strengths on both sides of the ball. In her 2024-25 high school season, Hodge averaged 25.7 points per game with 3.9 steals.
New head coach Kellie Harper is opening up a new era of Tiger women’s basketball, with Hodge as her highest-ranked commitment yet, alongside class of 2026 prospects Jada Maples, Khloe Ford, Cecilie Brandimore and Ellie Muller.
Hodge initially received an offer from former head coach Robin Pingeton, but was reoffered a spot on the team by Harper, making Hodge her third high school recruit.
Hodge chose Mizzou over offers from other Power Four schools such as Ole Miss, Arizona, Arizona State, Georgia Tech, Baylor and Florida State.
Hodge was the 5Star Preps Girls Player of the Year for the 2024-25 season, and has earned the Tennessee Sports Writers Association AAAA All-State team honors all three years of high school. She has surpassed 2,000 points in her high school career and has been voted the 2025 Knox News PrepXtra girls basketball player of the year.
The Tigers will premiere their talents for the 2025-26 season in an exhibition against Maryville at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 28 at Mizzou Arena.
