This classic dessert is a wonderful throwback to the 1950s with a lovely mix of flavors and textures. Unfortunately, the dining halls do not have the classic banana split boats, so you will have to make do with a soup bowl. Besides that, you may have to replace the chocolate ice cream with chocolate soft serve if chocolate ice cream is unavailable. Either way, this beautiful dessert tastes fantastic. It is a bit large, so feel free to share with a friend.
Ingredients:
1 banana, peeled and cut in half
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 scoop of strawberry ice cream
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons of pineapple chunks
Drizzling of fudge topping
Scoop of whipped cream
Directions:
Get a soup bowl and add the three scoops of ice cream. Add the pineapple and whipped cream. Drizzle the fudge topping over all of it. Then place the two banana halves on each side of the ice cream and enjoy.
