As tour groups begin to fill up every dining hall, the window for eating in peace grows smaller and smaller. I came up with this as I walked past a massive tour group on their way into Plaza 900. It serves as a good, brief mini-meal to tide you over until the majority of the tours leave and you can eat without being completely surrounded by fresh faces and their parents. Regardless, this is the perfect on-the-go dish for someone who is about to be late to class.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/3 cup blueberries
3 spoonfuls of granola
Drizzling of honey
Directions:
Combine the yogurt and blueberries in a small bowl and then add a gratuitous amount of granola on top. Add a light drizzling of honey for a bit of added sweetness and enjoy quickly before sprinting off to class.
