The following investigations are in progress, and the following people were arrested or issued summons, according to police reports.
**1. FRESHMAN ARRESTED AFTER DRIVING INTOXICATED**
Freshman William Andres, 19, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, for driving while intoxicated. He was also charged with a stop sign violation at the intersection of Rollins Street and Fifth Street. Andres has a warrant for misdemeanor and posted bond of $500.
**2. STUDENT ARRESTED ON NARCOTICS POSSESSION**
Police arrested freshman Michael Holt, 18, at 12:35 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, for possession of narcotics. Officers found Holt in possession of drug paraphernalia, 35 grams or less of marijuana, and false identification. Holt was arrested at 400 Kentucky Blvd. and released on summons.
**3. SENIOR ARRESTED ON VARIOUS CHARGES**
Officers apprehended senior Matthew Caldwell, 21, in Parking Lot X near Stadium Boulevard for four different charges. At 6:49 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, Caldwell was arrested for assault by attempting to cause injury to others, public nuisance, resisting arrest and first-degree property damage. He posted $1000 bond.
**4. TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS LEAD TO ARREST**
Nicholas Rardin, 33, was arrested at the corner of South College and Wilson avenues at 4:28 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30. Rardin committed two traffic offenses: driving under suspension and operating an unlicensed motor vehicle. He was released on summons.
**5. MAN ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING AND DOMESTIC ASSAULT AT HATCH HALL**
Officers arrested Anthony Taylor, 18, at 4:15 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, for third-degree domestic assault and first-degree trespassing. Taylor was arrested at Hatch Hall, 1306 East Rollins St., and has been released on $1500 bond.
