####1. Man arrested for swerving between lanes
Rigoberto Martinez-Murillo, 22, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. Sept. 15, at the corner of South Providence Road and Elm Street. He was arrested for a failing to drive within one lane and for having no license. He was released on two city summons.
####2. CPD arrests suspect in Break Time robbery
The Columbia Police Department arrested Jarreau James Kelley, 29, on the charges of suspicion of first-degree robbery and armed criminal action after he broke into a Break Time convenience store and demanded money from the clerk. According to a news release, Kelley also received a misdemeanor charge for possession of marijuana. The bonds have not yet been set for the charges.
####3. Petro Mart robbed at gunpoint
The Petro Mart on Rangeline Street was robbed Sept. 16. The suspect displayed a handgun upon entering the store and received an undisclosed amount of money from the employees. No one was injured during the robbery, but CPD officers were unable to locate the suspect. The suspect description matched that of two later robberies, though no formal relationship has been established connecting the three.
####4. Police officers respond to Passions robbery
Columbia police officers were unable to locate a suspect who reportedly robbed Passions, located on Business Loop 70 East at 7:41 p.m. Sept. 17. According to a news release, the suspect was a black male, about 5 feet, 10 inches, wearing a blue jacket and jeans. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.
