We all know Super Bowl Sunday is about more than just the big game.
There are some of the best commercials you’ve seen all year. There’s the highly anticipated halftime show. And there’s the one thing so many of us look forward to — all of the appetizers and finger foods on the table!
This year, you might be throwing your own party or going to a friend’s. Regardless of where you’ll be, you’ll be the life of the party if you dish up one of these three quick and easy recipes.
**Veggie Pizza**
_Ingredients:_
2 packages of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 8-oz. packages of cream cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1 orange pepper *
1 yellow pepper *
Broccoli florets *
Cherry tomatoes *
*(You can use any vegetables you wish, these just give the pizza a nice range of color — and they’re delicious!)
_Directions:_
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Pop open the Pillsbury Crescent rolls and begin to unroll them onto a greased baking sheet. Cover evenly, and pinch up edges to form a crust.
3. Bake crust for 12 minutes.
4. Slice your veggies.
5. Once the top of the crust is a nice golden brown, remove it from the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
6. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and ranch mix. It might be a good idea to heat up the cream cheese for a minute or two so it’s softened and easy to stir.
7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
8. Evenly sprinkle your veggies over the pizza.
9. Cut into squares and serve!
