####1. Man arrested for disturbing peace, resisting arrest
Justin Burns, 38, was collected at 215 Briarcrest Court by MU Police at 7:43 p.m. Feb. 13 and was charged with peace disturbance and resisting arrest. Capt. Brian Weimer said an individual approached an officer on duty at Mizzou Arena and complained about Burns. Weimer also said that Burns was intoxicated at the time. When approached, Burns refused to cooperate with authorities. Burns has been transported to Boone County Jail, Weimer said.
####2. Man charged for possession of drugs and paraphernalia
MUPD arrested freshman Joseph Anderson, 19, near Laws Residence Hall at 1:10 a.m. Feb. 14. He was charged with possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana as well as drug paraphernalia, Weimer said. Anderson was in possession of a grinder and a pipe. He was also charged with false identification and purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor. Anderson was released on summons.
####3. Man arrested for property damage and assault
Freshman Will Erickson, 19, was arrested by MUPD at 2:08 a.m. Feb. 15 near Hawthorn Residence Hall. Erickson was initially charged with simple assault and property damage after he punched a man in the face and broke his glasses, Weimer said. Erickson was also charged with false identification and purchase or possession of intoxicants by a minor. He signed summons and was released.
####4. Woman arrested for running stop sign while drunk
MUPD officers collected Ashley Davis, 26, at 2:58 a.m. Feb. 16. She was charged with DWI and a stop sign violation near 2004 Bridgewater Drive. Davis was initially pulled over for speeding past a stop sign, but when pulled over, MUPD discovered she was intoxicated. Weimer said Davis is out on a $500 bond.
