Earnest Ross filed a petition for a restraining order against Missouri basketball teammate Zach Price on the afternoon of April 2, the Columbia Daily Tribune reported Wednesday.

Columbia Police arrested Price twice on suspicion of separate assaults of unnamed victims on April 3.

In the petition, Ross said, “(Price) has tried to harm me and my girlfriend in my vehicle, tried to run me off the road several times. I feel threatened by this activity and violated. He endangered my life and not only me but others around me. All I want is to feel safe,” according to the Tribune.

Price hit Ross’ car with his, Ross said in the petition, according to the Tribune.

The petition requested Price would not be able to come within 100 feet of Ross or communicate with him.

Police arrested Price twice on April 3.

The first incident occurred on the afternoon of April 2 when Price allegedly rammed the car of a 23-year-old male and a 23-year-old female with his car.

The male and female were in the car when Price allegedly rammed it, police said. The alleged victims met with police that afternoon to file a report.

In the early morning of April 3, police responded to a disturbance and arrested Price for third-degree assault and third-degree domestic assault, both misdemeanors.

At 3:05 p.m. on April 3, police arrested Price for the traffic incident from the day before. Police arrested Price on suspicion of second-degree assault and second-degree domestic assault, both felonies.

In the petition, Ross said he’d never lived with Price, according to the Tribune.

Price transferred from Louisville in the summer of 2013. He was ineligible to play this season due to NCAA transfer rules.
