####1. Man arrested for first degree property damage
The MU Police Department arrested Andrew R. Birmingham, 19, on April 17 at 4:12 p.m. near 6001 N. Creasy Springs Road for first degree property damage and theft. Cpt. Scott Richardson said there was a call of a broken car window in the area around Elm Street. Cash, a cell phone, a flashlight and CDs were reported stolen. The front of the vehicle was hit and shattered. Officers ended up finding Birmingham with the stolen items and they were returned to the owner. When confronted, Birmingham resisted arrest from the officers. Richardson said Birmingham was arrested and transported to Boone County Jail.
####2. Man arrested for DWI
MU Police officers arrested Alex R. Bianchi, 20, on April 18 at 4:31 a.m. near 3101 S. Old Highway 63. Officers initially received a call from a witness that someone left the scene of an accident that occurred at Hitt Street garage, Richardson said. Bianchi was found to be intoxicated and gave officers a false I.D. He was also found with 35 grams or less of marijuana.
####3. Two arrested for first degree trespass
MUPD collected Peter C. Mochrie, 19, and Jacob M. Roney, 20, on April 20 at 1:55 a.m. and 2:30 a.m., respectively. The two were reported climbing a construction crane in the construction area of Faurot Field, Richardson said. They were found in the stadium and were promptly arrested. Richardson said that both suspects were released on summons for first degree trespassing.
####4. Two arrested for disturbing the peace
MU Police arrested Biancha E. Douglas, 19, and Kierra B. Robinson, 20, on April 20 at 7:32 p.m. near 1300 Rollins St. Richardson said officers received a call that said there was a verbal disturbance between Hatch and College Avenue residential halls. Later, they received an additional call saying that there was a physical disturbance. There were minor injuries collected by the victim. They were both released on summons, said Richardson.
