Dear Plaza,
Adding more seating does not make eating there faster. Changing the direction of the entry line does not make eating there faster. Fixing the food prep process does. It’s pretty easy to just kick your feet up and say “Yeah, well we added pizza this year. You’re welcome.”

2. Whatever progress that was made in this initiative is cancelled by the fact that you advertise as “2 Grills at On Stage!” when it should really be “2 Grills At On Stage When We Feel Like It!”
