Students walking around campus chanting and carrying coffins could be seen Thursday afternoon.
The protest, which was branded #WAGEPEACE on Twitter, started around 12:30 p.m. as part of an event called “Our Stop Day.”

“We declare this will not be the next graveyard,” students tweeted during the protest, accompanied by pictures of coffins on Francis Quadrangle. As the students walked around campus, the they chanted “We shall overcome.”
