Hunter Park, the 19-year-old charged with making a terroristic threat, entered a plea of not guilty at Boone County Circuit Court on Tuesday, according to the [Columbia Missourian](http://www.columbiamissourian.com/news/local/plea-of-not-guilty-entered-for-hunter-park-in-yik/article_bf026e52-c503-11e5-bcbb-77561baba24b.html).
Park’s attorney, Jeff Lee Hilbrenner, entered his client’s plea in Hunter’s absence, according to the article. Hilbrenner also requested that Parks formal arraignment be waived.
Park, a former student at Missouri University of Science and Technology, has a second hearing scheduled for Feb. 1 for the racially charged threats made Nov. 11, 2015.
MU Police Department arrested Park who allegedly posted on the anonymous social media platform two threats that sparked widespread panic on MU’s campus.
One of the threats said, “I’m going to stand my ground and shoot every black person I see.”
Another one said, “Well tomorrow mizzou will really make national news. Don’t go to campus tomorrow.”
Park was originally held on a $4,500 dollar bond. His bond conditions were later altered so Park can leave his residence to go to work without being accompanied by a parent.
