The Missouri Tigers took Faurot Field for a Tiger Stripe battle Saturday night in their SEC opener against the No. 16 Georgia Bulldogs. Despite coming into the game as underdogs, the Tigers took the Bulldogs to the limit, entering the fourth quarter with a 27-21 lead. In the final moments, turnovers became the difference in the game. The Bulldog defense finally got to sophomore quarterback Drew Lock late in the game, and he wound up throwing three interceptions in the remainder of the second half. After the Bulldogs converted on fourth-and-10 to score, they would take a 28-27 lead with just a little over a minute left in the game.
