Missouri well below national average for state funding of higher education per capita, per student

Missouri ranks No. 46 in the U.S. regarding state funding of higher education per capita across fiscal years 2018-2020. To give context, UM System President Mun Choi asked for more funding before the Missouri legislature earlier this year.
