Fire Emblem Engage, the most recent title in the Fire Emblem series, was released on Jan. 20 for the Nintendo Switch. With stunning visuals, captivating gameplay and flashy character designs drawn by Mika Pikazo, Engage is shaping up to be one of the most exciting games in the series.

Aries (March 21-April 19): Aries is considered to be the leader of the zodiac, the bold and ambitious ram. Hot-headed and confident, this sign is extremely competitive and always strives to win. Therefore, the class that best suits an Aries is an Axe Fighter, who uses exclusively axes and fights on the ground. They always dive headfirst into the fray and can promote into powerful Warriors or Berserkers. Panette, a character you meet in the kingdom of Solm, is an Axe Fighter like you!

Taurus (April 20-May 20): Next in line is Taurus, an earth sign whose constellation resembles a bull. But unlike their animal, people born under Taurus are typically serene and calm, with a soothing demeanor that relaxes the people around them. The class that best suits a Taurus is a Martial Monk, who uses staves to heal and martial arts to attack. Their serene nature is calming to allies, and they can promote into Martial Masters or High Priests. Framme, a Martial Monk who supports the Divine Dragon, is just like you!

Gemini (May 21-June 20): Gemini is represented by the twins and they are curious and spontaneous by nature. They are all over the place, trying new things and exploring hobbies and new experiences. The class that best suits a Gemini is a Mage, who uses magic tomes to attack enemies. Their insatiable pursuit for knowledge guides them to try new things, and they can promote into Sages or Mage Knights. Clanne is a curious Mage just like you, and coincidentally, he is Framme’s twin!

Cancer (June 21-July 22): The water sign Cancer is an intuitive one, a sign who is constantly in touch with their emotions. When you can get them out of their shell, much like the crab that represents them, they are fun to be around and radiate positive energy. The class that best suits a Cancer is a Pegasus Knight, who flies high above enemies and uses lances to attack. While weak and emotional at first, they grow powerful very quickly and can promote into Griffon Knights or Wyvern Knight. Chloé, a Pegasus Knight just like you, is from the kingdom of Firene.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22): Next is the ever-fiery and passionate Leo, represented by the lion. Leos aren’t afraid to show off and they radiate confidence and pure spirit. The class that best suits a Leo is a Sword Fighter, who uses exclusively swords to attack. Flashy and excitable, with a variety of moves to surprise opponents, Sword Fighters can promote into Swordmasters or Heroes. Kagetsu, who you meet upon reaching the kingdom of Elusia, is a Sword Fighter like you!

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Virgo, the maiden, is a logical and practical sign who takes a straightforward and systematic approach through life. They are grounded and in tune with nature, while offering great advice and lessons that you should probably listen to! The class that best suits a Virgo is a Cavalier, who can use swords, lances or axes to fight. Cavaliers often make great mentors or teachers, and they can promote into Paladins or Wolf Knights. The Divine Dragon’s mentor, Vander, is a Cavalier!

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): If you are a Libra, you probably have a strong sense of justice that can’t go ignored. Represented by the scales, Libras are obsessed with perfection to a fault and they are fixated on reaching and maintaining emotional equilibrium. The class that best suits a Libra is an Armored Knight, who wears heavy armor and fights with swords, lances and axes. Stalwart and sturdy, Armored Knights can promote into strong Great Knights or Generals. Jade, a royal knight from Brodia, is an Armored Knight like you!

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): The aloof and serious Scorpio keeps mostly to themselves, keeping up emotional barriers to protect themselves from others. This water sign, represented by the scorpion, is cunning and intelligent. They are also known for their great courage. The class that best suits a Scorpio is a Manakete, also known as a Divine Dragon. In previous games, Manaketes used Dragonstones to transform into dragons to fight, but in Engage, the Divine Dragon fights with swords and martial arts. Alear, the Divine Dragon, is the protagonist of Fire Emblem Engage and they are wise and courageous like you!

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): Those born under the star sign Sagittarius have an adventurous heart that isn’t bound by rules. They’re knowledgeable and always looking for something fun to do. They will dive into anything headfirst if it means a good time. The class that best suits Sagittarius ironically isn’t the archer that represents them, but a Thief, who fights with swords and can open chests and doors without a key. They can’t promote, but they are cunning and clever, and just as adventurous as you are. One of the Thieves in Fire Emblem Engage is Yunaka, who’s spunky and kind of strange. Zappy!

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): If you are a Capricorn, you are likely very patient and calm. Represented by the sea-goat, Capricorns persevere and are dedicated to doing things right and doing them well, in every pursuit. The class that best suits a Capricorn is an Archer, who uses bows to strike enemies from afar. Their accuracy may not be the best, but they are determined to aim true as they promote into Snipers or Bow Knights. The Archer Etie, retainer to Firene’s crown prince, is just like you in many ways, as she is determined to achieve a fit, toned figure.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): Aquarius, represented by the water bearer, is an innovative sign who is dedicated to changing the world for the better. Those who are born under this sign are considered kind and humanitarian, always chivalrous and polite to those they meet. The class that best suits an Aquarius is a Lance Fighter, who exclusively uses lances to take down their opponents. It’s rare to find Lance Fighters in Engage, but they always strive to do what is right as they promote into Halberdiers or Royal Knights. Mauvier, a member of the Four Hounds of Elusia, an enemy faction, is a Lance Fighter like you.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): Last but not least on our list is the empathetic and sensitive Pisces, a water sign represented by twin fish. They tend to be very creative and emotional, learning from the other signs as the last in the cycle. The class that best suits a Pisces is a Dancer, whose role is to refresh their allies in battle so they can move a second time. Intuitive and in tune with their emotions, Dancers can’t promote, but they are crucial allies that can potentially turn the tide of a difficult battle. The sole Dancer you encounter in Fire Emblem Engage is Seadall, a famous performer and fortune teller from Solm.
