Members of the Little Sisters of the Gold Rose sorority volunteered at the Central Missouri Humane Society for the annual Caring for Columbia Day of Service on April 12. LSGR members completed a variety of tasks to help CMHS staff maintain the facility. “Caring for Columbia to me is something super special, just because I’m a townie, and so I can really use the platform to bring a lot of volunteers together to kind of give back to the community that I was raised in,” said Isaac Lewis, Caring for Columbia’s Director of Public Relations and Recruitment.
