The following investigations are in progress, and the following people were arrested or issued summons, according to police reports.

####1. DWI leads to arrest
Senior Jordan Bowen, 21, was arrested for a DWI at 1:04 a.m. Thursday at 203 S. College Ave. He was released on a $500 bond.

####2. Four on the roof of Jesse Hall arrested
Officers collected senior Jody Wilson, 21, at 2:10 a.m. Friday at 801 Conley Ave. Wilson and three others were arrested for trespassing on the roof of Jesse Hall. They were issued summons and released.

####3. Public nuisance at psychology building leads to arrest
Christopher Oyler, 21, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. Saturday at the Psychology Building, 200 S. Seventh St. He was arrested for being a public nuisance and released on summons.

####4. Prior offender arrested for possession of marijuana
Officers arrested sophomore Spenser Davis, 19, at 11:13 p.m. Saturday at 902 Ashland Road. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and for being a prior offender for possessing 35 grams or less of marijuana. He was issued summons and released.

####5. Minor in possession of alcohol arrested
Bradley Fahs, 20, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. Sunday at Jesse Hall. He was arrested for the possession of alcohol and released on summons.

####6. Shots fired at Aspen Heights
Officers responded to a call that shots had been fired at Aspen Heights at 2:25 a.m. Sunday. An investigation revealed that 20-30 people were at a party when two unknown people attempted to enter. The two were disruptive and left, firing shots into the air. The investigation is ongoing.
