**[MOVE]:** What can fans expect from the new album?
**[John Keefe]:** Some really exciting stuff on the record. All walks of life, all different types of songs. Some slower songs and some faster songs that I think anyone can enjoy.
**[M]:** Do you think this third album is different from the older material the band has produced?
**[JK]:** I don’t think we strayed too far, but we definitely did some things that were different from the last two albums. We don’t want to produce the exact same record every single time. We have grown up more and have experienced stuff that has led us to this record.
**[M]:** _Crazy World_ has been out since July. What have the fans’ responses been like?
**[JK]:** Everyone likes it so far — at least the people at the shows. The people that don’t like it, I don’t think are coming out, but the response has been really good. We are very excited.
**[M]:** What do you think sets Boys Like Girls apart from other artists?
**[JK]:** We’re all best friends, and we work really hard together. I think we don’t necessarily sound exactly like every other band. I think that’s a big part of our success. We have done things the way we want to do them, and we are going to continue to do that.
**[M]:** When Boys Like Girls is too old to tour, what do you hope the band’s legacy will be?
**[JK]:** I hope people just love our songs and that they can show their families and their kids. I hope that we have a lasting career.
**[M]:** Looking back at when you first started the band, did you ever think that you would become so popular?
**[JK]:** I don’t know. I think we just did what we liked, and everything has just been an organic process.
**[MOVE]:** After bassist Bryan Donahue left the band in November 2011, there were rumors that BLG was going to break up. But during the 2011 hiatus, Dorr entered the picture. What’s that been like?
**[Morgan Dorr]:** It’s definitely been an adjustment. These guys have been operating as a band for many years, and I’ve only been touring a couple of weeks with the band. I knew John way back in the day, and he just sort of dug me out of the old memory bank. We were kicking around in the studio and did some rehearsals, and before you know it, everything started to roll. It all grew into what it is right now, which is this little family brotherhood. Honestly, it’s amazing how quickly these guys became my best friends.
**[M]:** What were you doing before you became a part of Boys Like Girls?
**[MD]:** I was playing in a couple different bands while operating a recording studio and I was living in New York City. John Keefe came up to me in his John Keefe fashion, like a gentle, tall rhinoceros blasting through walls at 100 miles per hour and said, “Hey listen, you gotta continue to chase the dream. Let’s go; let’s get out there. Let’s roll the dice.” We went and did it and look at us now. We are doing what we always dreamed, what we always wanted to do. I’m so lucky to be with these handsome guys.
