Empty concert space at The Blue Note awaits partygoers before the Blue Note Dance Party on Friday, March 6 in Columbia, Mo. Besides concerts, The Blue Note hosts a wide variety of community events, from stand-up comedy to wedding ceremonies.
Emerald, Sapphire and Gold, an influential and iconic ‘70s disco funk group, made its Missouri debut Friday evening at the Blue Note Dance Party. Partygoers danced until after midnight. Peace Lily opened the dance party with a DJ set, which was followed directly by a performance from local St. Louis artist Soumir.
