For the past week, I’ve had an immense desire for s’mores. Because residence halls tend to frown upon campfires, I decided to settle for a dining hall s’more, but I decided to make it into an entire sandwich. My food philosophy is all or nothing, and this dish is all delicious.
Ingredients:
2 pieces of white bread, lightly toasted
A dollop of chocolate pudding
A dollop of whipped cream
A layer of Cinnamon Toast Crunch
A sprinkling of chocolate chips
Directions:
Toast two pieces of white bread. Place them on your plate side by side. Add a layer of chocolate pudding to one piece and a layer of whipped cream to the other. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on one half for a little bit of a soft crunch. Add a layer of Cinnamon Toast Crunch to make up for the lack of graham crackers and combine the two pieces of bread. Pretend like you’re not surrounded by a few hundred people in a dining hall — instead, imagine you’re warm and toasty by a campfire. Enjoy.
